As the principal and managing director of Chrysoli, Damian has decades of experience in market access, reimbursement and HEOR leadership, strategy and execution. His diverse experience has been leveraged as both a medical affairs expert and commercial leader, thus understands well how to compliantly bridge strategies between both disciplines within organizations.

His experience includes small molecule pharma, large molecule pharma, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices and “consumercueticals”.  This includes working for Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, and Acadia Pharmaceuticals in many disciplines including HEOR, Market Access, Healthcare Policy, Reimbursement and Operations.
